What to Do If a Video Will Not Play

If a lesson video will not play, try these steps:

1. Refresh the page and try the video again.
2. Check that your internet connection is working.
3. Close the page, sign in again and reopen the lesson.
4. Try using a different web browser, such as Google Chrome, Safari or Microsoft Edge.
5. Turn off any ad blocker or browser extension that may be blocking the video.
6. Try opening the lesson on another device, if available.
