If a course or product does not appear in My Library, please contact us at:
Include the following information so we can investigate:
- Your full name
- The email address you use to sign in
- Any other email address you may have used
- The name of the missing course or product
- A screenshot of your Kajabi Library, if possible
- Your purchase receipt, if available
Our support team will check your account and help restore any eligible access connected to your purchases.
